A behind the scenes discussion with Horst Hummel

In the summer of 2023, the Natural Wine Society spent a few days in Hungary with Horst Hummel - respected natural wine maker, at his idilic farmhouse. Much of our discussion was not only about his amazing wines, but also his deep beliefs on our connection to nature, and the pursuit of truth and beauty in all things.
